HEC Paris has announced to launch a new MBA/MSc in International Finance dual degree.
"The financial crisis has challenged business schools to find new ways to equip their graduates with the right set of knowledge, skills and values." said Jacques Olivier, Professor of Finance and Program Director.
The MBA/MIF dual degree program is aimed at high-potential professionals interested in developing skills in leadership and management with an MBA and gaining advanced technical skills with a Master's in Finance. Students will be able to complete both programs in 20 months instead of 26 months if completed separately.
A customized program
The first semester will be customized according to student's backgrounds with a focus on finance. During the second year and after completing the core courses, students can choose to specialize in Strategy, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Leadership & Global Oganizations or participate in an international exchange with one of over forty business school partners. During the final term of their study, they will be able to customize their program by choosing an elective, participating in fieldwork projects or completing a certificate.
Upon completion of the program, students will receive both an MBA and an MIF degrees from HEC Paris.
Tuition fees for the class of 2017 (September 2015 intake) are € 64,000. Candidates can apply for the "HEC Paris MBA Scholarship for Excellence" based on merit to fund their studies.
