| Admission Requirements | - Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences
- Students whose native language is NOT English must take at least one of the following English proficiency tests: TOEIC, TOEFL, or IELTS, and submit the valid transcripts
- Domestic applicants
- A photocopy of official transcripts from all four-year institutions
- Official proof of working experiences printed with the company's letterhead

- Autobiography

必修課程安排於前兩年，均在星期六、星期日(隔週)全天上課。選修課程可能在星期一至日晚上或下午，可依自己興趣至本校各研究所選修。

- 大學畢業獲學士學位，有7年工作年資者
- 大學畢業獲醫學士學位，有5年工作年資者
- 大學畢業獲碩士學位，有5年工作年資者
- 大學畢業獲博士學位，有3年工作年資者
- 大學肄業符合同等學力，有7年工作年資者
- 三專畢業離校2年以上，有9年工作年資者
- 二專或五專畢業離校3年以上，有10年工作年資者v
- 高等考試或相當於高等考試之特種考試及格，有7年工作年資
- 具甲級技術士證照後相關工作年數滿3年，並累計有10年工作年資
- 具乙級技術士證照(技能檢定職類以乙級為最高級別者)後相關工作年數滿5年，並累計有12年工作年資
- 曾於大學校院擔任專業技術人員、於專科學校或高級中學擔任專業及技術教師，有7年工作年資者
- 具備個人事業與公益活動傑出表現，專業領域成就卓越，有具體事績或表揚獎項，有20年工作年資者
- 報考資格為第1-10項之考生工作年資中至少要有2年(不含服役年資)為大學畢業獲學士學位(或具報考碩士班同等學力)後之工作年資

- 個人經營管理能力專題報告2頁(格式自訂，報告主題的方向建議為：對公司的貢獻及潛力、專業能力的分享、特殊才能或訓練、管理文獻閱讀心得，或其他可資彰顯個人經營管理能力之主題)
- 其他相關資料(如自傳、個人著作、研究報告、各種榮譽證明、專業成就文件及學習潛能與相關特殊表現之資料)
- 報考資格為12項報名之考生，請檢附國際得獎、公益活動、個人傑出表現等相關證明文件
- 檢附英語能力測驗成績證明影本，如全民英檢中級以上、TOEFL、IELTS、TOEIC、Cambridge Certificate、GRE，成績優異者有助審查加分
