Ashridge and Hult to Form an Alliance

Ashridge Business School and Hult International Business School have announced an agreement to form a strategic alliance.

With this partnership, the two institutions will collaborate closely together. Ashridge will be able to expand its portfolio in executive education, research and degree programs through new campuses in New York, San Francisco, Dubai, London and Shanghai with Hult's global reach. to offer in several campuses around the world.

Hult Business School and Ashridge Business School's alliance

Each school will act as an independent unit. But in longer term, they plan to merge the senior management across the two institutions.

"By combining Ashridge's expertise in organisation development and Hult's strength in developing individual leaders, our ambitious vision is to become the best and most relevant provider of leadership development in the world," said Dr Stephen Hodges, President, Hult International Business School.

"The alliance brings together complementary organisations, both of which are run by business people for business people. We share a philosophy that learning has to be informed by the realities of business, as well as the theory," said Kai Peters, CEO, Ashridge.

This announcement follows the recent announcement of the possible merger between Arizona State University and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
