Nigeria's Stanbic IBTC Bank to Finance IE MBA students

Stanbic IBTC Bank has signed a financing agreement with IE business school to provide loans scheme for students of the IE's MBA programs.

Obinnia Abajue, Executive Director, Personal and Business Banking, Stanbic IBTC Bank and IE Vice-Chairman, Diego Del Alcazar Benjumea, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Lagos, Nigeria to offer loans facilities to Nigerian students admitted to the IE's MBA programs. The partnership will initially be operate for the 2015/2016 academic year and will be reconducted for another year.

Nigerian candidates enrolled in the IE MBA and Executive MBA programs are qualified for financing in the form of an unsecured personal loan covering part or 100% of the program fees. Beneficiaries will be required to open an account at Stanbic IBTC.

"The partnership with the IE opens another window of opportunity to empower people for self-development and actualisation. It is in sync with our operating mantra, which is moving forward." said Abajue.
