UB/Towson Redesigned its MBA program

The University of Baltimore's Merrick School of Business and Towson University's College of Business and Economics in Maryland have revamped their MBA program after almost two years of work.

As questions about the value of an MBA degree intensify and as changes in the business environment require new skills and approaches to business education, the two universities located in Maryland redeveloped their degree to introduce a new version of the program starting Fall 2014.

The curriculum will focus more on flexibility and customization enabling students to build their own program to match their professional interests and career goals with ten specializations available. Also, students can combine the degree with a J.D., Pharm.D. or a M.S. or Ph.D. in Nursing. The newly conceived UB/Towson MBA is available both online and on both universities campuses in Baltimore and Townson. Courses will be offered in seven-week sessions in addition to the traditional 15-week format.
