This Summer, the University of Colorado Boulder will offer a one-week long intensive workshop in entrepreneurship from August 17 to 22.

Through five consecutive days, participants to this « Ideas 2 action » program will learn the basics of entrepreneurship taught by entrepreneurs and faculty who teach the MBA program at CU-Boulder's Leeds School of Business. They will be equipped with tools to become an entrepreneur or start their own business. The course is open to the public and an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required to participate to this seminar. Scholarships are available to cover part or 100% of the $5,000 fees.

"A lot of people don't have time for a 12-week accelerator experience or a multi-semester MBA program," said Remy Arteaga, director of the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship at CU's Boulder's Leeds School of Business. "So for people for whom it's either this type of fast-paced workshop or nothing, Ideas 2 Action is a great option."

Upon completion of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate from the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship.
