Classes are held 4 days per month, from Thursdays to Sundays 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. at the Keyan Building on the campus of University of International Business and Economics campus. The program concludes with a one-week capstone course held on the campuses of University of Maryland and in Washington, D.C.
